Receptionist
The Receptionist position answers a multi-line telephone system and greets visitors in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. The Sales Receptionist is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience at the first point of contact and for directing customers and vendors to the appropriate dealership representative or resource.
Skills / Qualities Preferred Include:

Experience in reception required
Automotive dealership experience a plus
Saturday availability required
Ability to work flexible schedule required
Arrive punctually and inform supervisor immediately of any planned or unplanned absences.
Operate a multi-line phone including answering all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transfer calls to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operating the dealership paging system, calls individuals to the phone.
including caller's name, telephone number, time of call, and information requested, and delivers to appropriate party in a timely manner.
Notify appropriate personnel of any problems with phone system.
Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand.
Six months of receptionist experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
