Compliance Paralegal (work from home)

Work Environment: 3 days in office (Tuesday Mandatory) / 2 days WFH
MUST HAVE experience supporting class and collective actions AND employment/wage and hour claims.
MUST KNOW at a confident, expert level how to run Tables of Authorities, and research case law on Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.
Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with substantial experience in supporting class and collective actions as well as employment/wage and hour claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, case management, and legal research, with a passion for advocating for workers’ rights.

Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of class and collective action lawsuits and employment/wage and hour claims.
Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents and filings.
Legal Research and Drafting:
Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Prepare summaries of depositions, interrogatories, and other discovery materials.
Prepare clients and witnesses for court appearances and other legal proceedings.
File documents with courts and administrative agencies, ensuring compliance with procedural rules.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update case management databases and electronic filing systems.
Prepare and track billing and expense reports related to case work.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the attorneys.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of paralegal experience, with specific expertise in class and collective actions and employment/wage and hour claims.
Proven track record of supporting complex litigation and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
