Job Responsibilities

Develop Customized Care Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional milestones.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve motor function, cognitive abilities, and daily life skills.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.
Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers about effective therapy techniques to ensure continuity of progress outside the clinical setting.
Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to provide optimal care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are welcomed and supported.
Licensure
A valid and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
