Temp Part-time Bookkeeper

A large supply company is seeking a Bookkeeper to part-time between 25 to 30 hours each week. There is the possibility of this turning into a full-time position in the future.
Match bank re4ceipts with our copy of the deposit slip
Enter weekly payroll information into Sage, process taxes paid, state, local and insurance deductions
Update Check Issued List when checks are printed and maintain ACH deposits
Reconcile accounts and check bank statements
Pay vendor invoices and prepare monthly financial statements
Reconcile credit card and bank accounts
Process payments on web orders, s end out invoices to customers, and file packing slips
Pay estimated quarterly taxes
Construct and file Bureau of Worker's Compensation report
Must have previous bookkeeping experience
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office and Sage with accurate data entry skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data while paying a high attention to detail is required
Must have the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly
