FULL TIME Associate Attorney

Law Office of Rhett Burney is seeking a motivated attorney to join our growing team. We welcome applicants from a variety of practice backgrounds who are looking for an opportunity to build their careers in a collaborative, forward-thinking law firm.
This is a full-time, in-office position . We believe the best client service and team collaboration happen when we work together in person.
Our firm is intentionally evolving into a boutique practice , focusing on high-quality legal representation, personalized client service, and meaningful attorney-client relationships. We leverage modern legal technology—including AI-assisted tools—to improve efficiency and allow our attorneys to focus on practicing law at the highest level.
What We're Looking For Licensed to practice law in South Carolina (or eligible for admission)
Strong legal writing, communication, and advocacy skills
Professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic
Comfortable using technology and eager to embrace innovative tools that improve efficiency and client service
A desire to grow with a firm that values quality over quantity
