Head of Pre-Sale

Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown - Pre-Owned Sales Manager At Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown, being family-owned has its rewards and we believe our employees are our greatest assets. We are currently seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager for our team.
Appraising vehicles with strict adherence to company policies and processes
Maintain proper merchandising of all pre-owned inventory, including vehicle descriptions, photos, lot layout and point-of-sale materials
Exceed all manufacturer metrics, including but not limited to off-lease purchases, CPO sales, and C3 standards
Manage, train, and motivate our sales team
Structure and close deals
Daily review of pre-owned CRM opportunities and engagement with the client and salespeople
Work with the sales team to maximize utilization of CRM, Automotive Mastermind, AutoiPacket, and all other programs in place at the dealership
Rare opportunity to be part of an outstanding dealership group with extensive resources and support
Current experience in retail automotive sales management required, with direct responsibility for pre-owned operations. Mercedes-Benz and/or luxury brand experience is strongly preferred.
Must be well organized and demonstrate excellent Customer Service and PR skills.
Thorough knowledge of dealership technologies is essential
Documentation of prior performance success and references required
