Rivia Mind is expanding our distinguished Psychiatry team with an opportunity for a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who values clinical excellence and comprehensive patient care. As a physician-founded practice, we understand the importance of creating an environment where psychiatrists can practice meaningfully, supported by a robust operational infrastructure.

You'll work within our multi-disciplinary team of 150+ mental health professionals while maintaining the decision-making authority essential to psychiatric practice.

Deliver care via a telehealth platform

Collaborative multi-disciplinary team of Psychotherapists, Psychiatry Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists

Provide excellent quality clinical care on a frequent, recurring basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind’s culture, values, and guiding principles

Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule in alignment with Rivia Mind’s standard productivity expectations.

Follow Care Model practices that emphasize continuity of care, high-frequency follow-up appointments, and effective calendar management.

Appropriately prescribe medication prescriptions & refills, considering the best judgment of the patient's well-being.

Provides clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a tele-health environment.

Participate in and support routine and ad-hoc clinical-wide meetings and internal trainings to foster an engaging and continuous learning team environment.

Promote a friendly work culture that encourages a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment that benefits individuals' well-being, self-improvement, and potential.

Provide support to Psychiatric Supervisors as needed for coverage and other administrative tasks.

Earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school

Completed a Psychiatry residency program, completing diverse rotations including Primary Care within the training program

Completed a fellowship in Adult Psychiatry

Neurology, Internal Medicine, and Obstetrics-Gynecology

New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts as a Medical Doctor

An active and unrestricted license to practice medicine and a DEA number for at least one of the states listed above

Board-certified in Psychiatry

Ideally, 1 (one) or more years of post-residency clinical work experience in Psychiatry across the lifespan

Telehealth/telemedicine experience

Confidently and efficiently document concurrently within patient sessions

Diagnosis and Treatment Planning

Proficient with utilizing diverse technology platforms and systems (Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software, and EHR platforms when applicable)

Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required

We’re a community of clinicians and care-minded professionals who believe in sustainable practice, personal growth, and compassionate support. Bonus Terms : Our compensation package includes a base salary based on compensable factors. Additionally, clinicians are eligible for quarterly bonuses of up to $2,000 (up to $8,000 annually), awarded based on defined metrics related to clinical excellence and care model performance.

Supervisor: Medical Director

Employment Status: Full Time

Our operating hours are M-F: 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm, but we do allow a schedule to have a start as early as 7 am, and end as late as 9 pm M-F.

In-office day is based on availability if hybrid work is preferred

Include at least four(4)+ hours within your schedule, which should be after 5 pm on a weekday or have hours on the weekend.

We appreciate the dedication and care our providers bring to their work and the patients they serve. Occasional flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient needs or support the growth of your caseload, such as scheduling initial consultations, managing urgent concerns, coordinating care with the broader team, and completing other responsibilities.

In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
