Human Resources Generalist - Recruitment Marketing

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-4 years of experience to support our Human Resources department, with a strong focus on benefits administration and employee relations. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Assist employees regarding benefit claim issues and plan changes.
Ensures the accuracy of all benefit enrollments in the HRIS/Payroll System and provides vendors with accurate eligibility information
Collection of Benefit Dues for Employees on prolonged leave of absence
Employee Relations
Serve as a resource for employees and managers on workplace policies, practices, and procedures.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment while supporting fair and consistent policy application.
Provide coaching to employees on conflict resolution, performance, and policy interpretation.
General HR Support
Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes.
Maintain, review, and protect employee records in HRIS and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics as needed.
Ensure Posters/Compliance at all plants is properly displayed and audited annually
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with emphasis in benefits administration and employee relations.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production environment is preferred.
