Shift Manager - $17/hr (McDonald’s) Join to apply for the Shift Manager- $17/hr role at McDonald’s. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Assist assigned departments in meeting their goals and targets during shifts. Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, crew scheduling, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, and training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
