Urgent Need - Research Chemist

The Chemist role will work on new product development and technical support for reservoir/well intervention product lines. Evaluate physical properties such as viscosity, density, pH, thermal stability, chemical compatibility, and other analytical testing.

Carry out performance testing under acidic and high temperature conditions.

Operate special laboratory equipment requiring a high degree of acquired skills.

Provide direct laboratory support to senior researchers for a variety of laboratory operations.

Manage low to mid‑complexity projects once established.

Interpret experimental data and communicate results clearly to peers and project teams in written reports and oral presentations.

Duties may also include researching technical literature, maintaining laboratory databases, and preparing chemical samples.

BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related fields with 3+ years of relevant experience, or MSc degree with 1+ year of experience.

Demonstrated experience in a laboratory environment and ability to set up and operate special equipment following manufacturer’s instructions.

Exhibit high attention to detail and quality service.

Basic understanding of customers needs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with acidizing/surfactant testing.
