Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage large-scale, complex programs successfully.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop strategies for program initiatives in alignment with business goals.
Define, plan, and manage overall program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor and report program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Project & Resource Management
Oversee and coordinate multiple interdependent projects simultaneously.
Allocate and manage resources effectively across projects.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and leadership.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong communication channels.
Produce and present program status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
Drive resolution of issues and conflicts that may impact program delivery.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance frameworks.

Team Leadership & Guidance
Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support project managers in execution, problem-solving, and escalation management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management .
• Proven track record in managing large, complex, and cross-functional programs .
• Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies .
• Hands-on experience with program governance, resource planning, and budget management .
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite .
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or PMP certification preferred).
