Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a security officer, security guard, and/or other safety and protection related fields, including customer service roles.
Marksman Security Corporation is accepting applications for a Security Officer in an active and engaging atmosphere. You will be working with a team and supported by a leadership team that sets clear expectations and will help you to succeed and grow.
Applicants need to be able and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays, if needed.
Must have a current valid Wisconsin Security License. Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks
Document all interactions in a clear and concise written report, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
Respond to calls of distress, alarms and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
Basic computer skills
Minimum of one year of customer service experience
Minimum of one year of security experience
