This full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role is based in Clifton, NJ. The Insurance Agent will work directly with customers to assess coverage needs, explain policy options, and recommend appropriate auto and life insurance products. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, and processing new applications and renewals in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role also involves building and maintaining long‑term client relationships, resolving policy-related questions, and collaborating with internal teams and brokerage partners. The Insurance Agent is expected to meet sales targets while delivering consistent, high‑quality customer service and maintaining accurate documentation.

Demonstrated experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly.

Background in Insurance Brokerage or working with multiple carriers to match customers with suitable products.

Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem‑solving, and relationship management.

Relevant state insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).

Proficiency with CRM or agency management systems and basic office software.

Prior experience in personal lines or life insurance is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
