Closing Coordinator - TEMP

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Motor Vehicle Coordinator / Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state regulations. Post All New Vehicle Inventory Purchases
Maintain MSO/Title Inventory Records
Post all DMV Check Disbursements and Temp Fees Daily
Issue Customer DMV Overpayment Refunds
Process and Post Daily Deposits/Cash Receipts
Knowledge of Dealership office procedures through Month End Close
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
