HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

Tenneco

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team in Blacksburg, Virginia.

This is a hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, building relationships with employees and leaders, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

The position will have the opportunity to work across several areas of HR, including:

Employee & Labor Relations

Performance & Talent Management

Attendance & HR Administration

Supervisor Coaching & Business Partnership

Experience in a manufacturing and/or union environment is preferred, especially experience with grievance administration and collective bargaining agreement interpretation.
