Agency Recruiter - Engineering, Finance and Accounting, and IT
Bright Minds is searching for a high potential Recruiter within IT, Engineering, and Finance and Accounting to join our team and support our clients on a national level. We have a volume of open positions and searching for a driven Recruiter with Agency experience to dive in and make an immediate impact and benefit from our lucrative commission plan. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, positive growth mindset, excellent problem solving skills, the ability to manage a large volume of projects and tasks, and an engrained personality trait of operating with a high sense of urgency. Must have 2-5 years of staffing/recruiting agency experience with a focus on Construction, Finance and Accounting, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related skill sets.
Must have full-lifecycle recruiting experience in an agency environment
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Full cycle recruiting experience from initial cold & warm outreach, negotiating compensation, delivering offers, and closing candidates.
