The ideal candidate is someone with home health experience and enjoys work with a high-level of autonomy.

Signature Healthcare at Home is a leading provider of home health in Oregon and Washington. We offer the best of both worlds –The backing and stability of a proven healthcare “giant”, with the permission to operate locally as if it were our own Island County based business.

Full-time Monday through Friday, flexible scheduling.

Hourly $55 - 65 /hour DOE + Mileage Reimbursement.

Sign-on Bonus up to $5,000 for full-time.

Medical/Dental/Vision available the 1st of the month after hire.

Paid company holidays, 2+ weeks PTO and 401k match after 90 days.

Assumes the responsibility for the on-going interdisciplinary and individualized plan of care in partnership with the patient, family/representative and/or caregiver(s).

Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. Initiates physical therapy program and instructs other personnel and/or family/caregiver members in certain phases of physical therapy with which they may work with a patient, as well as instructing them as to the goals of the physical therapy program for the patient by participating in case conferences.

Supervises physical therapy assistant(s) according to organizational policy and in alignment with state regulations.

Possess and maintains licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Washington.

Graduated from an accredited CAPTE or successor organization with at least a baccalaureate degree for legacy programs or a doctorate's degree in physical therapy.

Possesses and maintains a valid drivers' license and personal automobile with insurance for daily travel as a requirement.
