Special Education Teacher
Dauphin County Technical School | Harrisburg, PA
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher who is committed to helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Experience supporting students on the autism spectrum is a plus; Provide direct instruction in small groups and co‑teaching settings
Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform instruction
Support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, psychologists, therapists, and administrators
Partner with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation for transition‑age students
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
Valid PA Instructional I Certificate in Special Education
Start Date: August 2026 (2026–2027 School Year)
