Human Resources Recruiter (Temp)

Job Title
Pay Range: $35/hr - $37/hr
Day-to-Day
Hands-on Sourcing & Outreach (80–90% of the role): Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines.
System Management: Submitting candidates and managing data within the ATS. AI systems to source
Must Haves

Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful).
Strong Boolean search and complex key string building skills (will be tested in the interview)
Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems.
Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails, reach-outs, type of tech roles, etc
High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting.
Plusses

~ Prior experience recruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).
