Automation Development & Maintenance Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Python, AI/ML APIs, and low‑code platforms.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.

Maintain and enhance existing automations to ensure continued performance and alignment with business needs.

Monitor automation performance and track KPIs to ensure value delivery.

Collaboration & Governance Ensure adherence to automation governance, security, and compliance standards.

Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Innovation & Continuous Learning Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, AI, and process optimization.

Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML, natural language processing, and other intelligent automation capabilities into solutions.

Share best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in automation development.

Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Python, low‑code platforms, or equivalent.

Proven track record of leading large‑scale automation projects.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

UiPath Associate certification or equivalent is a plus.

Experience with AI/ML, NLP, or intelligent automation concepts or tools is a plus.

Willingness to travel occasionally.
