Accounting/Bookkeeper - Immediate Hire

Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and tracking payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare and submit sales tax returns.
Support the inventory management process through accurate record-keeping.
Generate financial reports for management review.
Associate's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and cost accounting.
• Experience with inventory management and job costing.
