Head of Project Management

Review and execute project contracts and scopes of work.
Lead project setup, buyout, and procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and sequencing plans.
Track project quantities, productivity, progress, and cost performance.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and projections to complete.
Approve invoices, purchase orders, and manpower timesheets.
Procure and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment.
Manage change orders, including issuance, tracking, pricing, and documentation.
Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and project stakeholders.
Work with Operations Managers to secure labor and project resources.
Mentor and develop Project Engineers and support project staff.
Maintain overall fiscal responsibility and profitability of assigned projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in concrete construction or a related construction discipline.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
