Position Summary SolomonEdwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist I for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Essential Duties Perform routine data entry and validation tasks.

Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).

Review and validate loan documents.

Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses.

Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.

General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations.

Skills and Job-Specific Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Travel Requirements No travel will be required, unless at the client’s discretion.

The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $20-24.
