Verovian Nursing Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Admissions Unit in Gainesville, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and admitting patients into the healthcare facility, ensuring a smooth transition into care while coordinating with the healthcare team to address patients' needs.

Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless admission process and appropriate level of care.
Accurately document all admission activities, assessments, and patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) in a timely manner.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the Admissions Unit, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes and improving overall unit efficiency.
Participate in unit-based training, workshops, and continuing education courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
BSN and associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program are required.
1-2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing or a related clinical setting.
Experience in an admissions or case management role is preferred.
