The Christ Hospital Home Health Care in Mason, OH seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to deliver skilled services under physician orders, educate patients and families, and ensure safe care. Documentation and compliance with Medicare guidelines are essential.
Applicants should have at least one year of PT experience (home health preferred), an Ohio PT license, a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and the ability to coordinate with PTAs and aides as part of a compliant home health team.
