Human Resources (HR) / Payroll Rep

Aecon U.S. is seeking an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive HR support across employee lifecycle, records, onboarding, and system transactions. You’ll ensure accurate records, compliance, and timely service to employees and managers.
In this role you’ll process transactions in SuccessFactors, maintain files, assist with onboarding/offboarding, I-9 compliance, and payroll-related data coordination. A proactive, confidential, detail-oriented approach is essential.
