Evening RN Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening RN Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Evening RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our residents, while fostering a positive and compassionate work environment.

As an Evening RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare team during the evening shift. Supervising and mentoring a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants

Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care delivery

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

• $42 - $46 Hourly
• Plus $1.50 Shift Differential
• Plus $1.00 Weekend Shift Differential

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
