Head of Marketing Management

The Marketing Manager will oversee Forum’s marketing and communications and provide business development support. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking, connecting the firm’s design vision to measurable growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator who can balance big-picture strategy with hands‑on execution. This role reports to BD/MKTG Leadership

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy

Implement the annual marketing plan aligned with Forum’s business development goals and market sectors.

Ensure consistent brand standards across all materials, from proposals to social media.

With direction from BD/MKTG leadership, maintain and govern messaging, positioning, and visual identity of the firm’s brand.

Proposals & Business Development

Prepare qualifications packages, RFP/RFQ responses, and presentations.

Collaborate with leadership and project teams to craft narratives that highlight design excellence, innovation, and results.

Maintain Business Development calendars and track metrics for proposal success and client engagement.

Content Creation & Communications

Manage Forum’s digital presence, including website updates, GMB Profiles, professional membership directories, and similar mar-tech platforms

Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement social media content and calendar

Collaborate with marketing team to oversee and develop project spotlights, award submissions, newsletters, and thought leadership articles.

Support public relations efforts, including press releases and media outreach.

Work with industry publications and other media organizations for media buy, negotiation, and internal alignment with relevant editorial calendars

Events & Industry Engagement

Support BD/MKTG leadership with coordination of Forum’s participation in conferences, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.

Track upcoming opportunities and maintain an active industry presence.

CRM Management

Monitor and maintain CRM platform.

Create workflows and automations based on BD initiatives and marketing efforts

Create and schedule targeted drip campaigns based on user segmentation

Create templated emails based on BD/Mktg campaigns, segmented lists, drip campaigns, etc.,

Analytics & Market Insight

Stay informed of proposal outcomes, digital analytics, and campaign engagement to inform continuous improvement.

Research emerging trends, market shifts, and competitive positioning to guide strategy.

Support BD leadership with data gathering from GA4, GBP, Console, CRM, and other tracking metrics

Support BD Leadership in creating data dashboard for reporting to Principals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

5-8 years of experience as a marketing manager, preferably within architecture, interior design, engineering, or related professional services.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen visual eye.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required), Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (EngageBay experience preferred).

Proficiency with website and social platforms (WordPress, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business).

Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.

Collaborative, self‑motivated, and comfortable engaging directly with firm leadership and project teams.

Experience with analytics and data analysis from GA4, GBP, CRM and other custom reporting tools like Looker Studio, etc.,
