Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Program Management (Core Responsibility)

Lead end-to-end program management of learning initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, timelines, and quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (business, product, SMEs, vendors) to manage learning project lifecycle. [CPP Learni...ross-level | PDF]

Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and provide regular status reporting and insights.

Ensure alignment of learning programs with business outcomes and strategic priorities.

Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and change management for learning initiatives.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Engage with clients to understand business challenges and propose learning-led solutions.

Build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor in learning transformation.

Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and learning needs analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred in Learning, HR, Business, or related field).

8–12+ years of experience in:

Learning consulting / L&D

Program management

Instructional design or learning transformation

Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations and cross-functional environments.
