Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests across various fields such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate laboratory results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo proper maintenance and calibration.
Engage in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
Document all processes meticulously, mentor incoming staff or students, and uphold the highest quality standards in the lab.
Ensure a clean, safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with healthcare teams.
