As we continue expanding, we're looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney with 3–5 years of EOIR litigation experience who shares our passion for advocacy and excellence.

As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a critical role in representing individuals before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and other immigration agencies while providing compassionate, strategic legal counsel.
Represent clients before Immigration Court (EOIR) throughout all stages of removal proceedings.
Conduct legal consultations with prospective clients.
Develop case strategies tailored to each client's immigration objectives.
Prepare and file applications for immigration relief, motions, pleadings, legal briefs, and supporting documentation.
Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management.
Monitor case progress, KPIs, and case inventory through weekly planning and team meetings.
Licensed and authorized to practice law by the highest court of any U.3–5 years of experience practicing Immigration Law.

• Minimum of 3 years representing clients before Immigration Court (EOIR).
• Strong litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, legal writing, and analytical skills.
• S. immigration laws, regulations, and court procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools, and Excel.
