Inventory Control Coordinator

We are a sporting goods manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Inventory Control Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing cycle counts and physical inventory processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining effective communication between operations and finance teams.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the daily cycle count program, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, coordinating and supporting scheduled physical inventories, maintaining accurate inventory records, partnering with warehouse operations, preparing monthly inventory reports, ensuring compliance with JSOX requirements, communicating inventory issues, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, adhering to company safety policies, and completing all required role-specific and company-wide training.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years of inventory control, warehouse, or related experience, problem-solving and dependability skills, planning and organization abilities, communication skills, experience with JD Edwards and Manhattan SCALE Warehouse Management System, basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and effective interpersonal skills.
