Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time & Weekend Only)

Overview Join to apply for the Front Desk Staff (Part-time) role at FirstService Residential .
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for working independently, and without direct supervision. Possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Meet and greet residents; Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
Monitors and controls access to the building.
Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 7:00am - 3:00pm
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
