School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time | Lakewood, WA | 2026-2027 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the rest of the 2026-2027 school year in Lakewood , Washington. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - K-12 caseload
Schedule: Full Time 1.0 FTE available as well as part-time positions
Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
