About the Position
Take advantage of an exceptional locum tenens Interventional Cardiology opportunity in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania . This assignment is ideal for an experienced cardiologist seeking a dynamic hospital-based role combining inpatient and outpatient consultations, interventional procedures, advanced cardiac imaging, and STEMI call coverage.

s, echo interpretation, and cardiac window procedures. This travel assignment provides meaningful clinical variety and the flexibility associated with locum tenens practice.
Job Responsibilities
Provide hospital-based cardiology consultations for inpatient and outpatient services.
Perform approximately 3 cardiac procedures per day and manage an average of 15 consults per day .
Perform inpatient and outpatient cardiac catheterizations.
Perform and interpret TEE and echocardiography studies.
Participate in STEMI call , including overnight beeper coverage and 24-hour weekend call.
Qualifications
Board Certified or at least Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
Active Pennsylvania medical license required.
Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand required.
DEA required.
Epic EMR experience.
Working Hours

• Assignment Start: November 9, 2026
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks .
• Coverage includes approximately 3 weeks of call per month .
• Weekday clinical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM .
• Weekday STEMI beeper call: 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM .
• Weekend STEMI call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM .
• Specific coverage dates include November 9–15 and November 27–30, 2026 .
• 1-hour lunch required Monday–Friday.
• 2-hour gratis orientation.
