Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual) (Remote)

HR Generalist (Bilingual) Lake Zurich, IL | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

Our client, a growing manufacturing organization with 675+ employees and 300+ contingent workers, is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support plant leadership and employees across a fast-paced operation. HR Manager and offers the opportunity to help support a future expansion with a new facility opening in Mundelein.

Serve as a trusted HR business partner to managers and employees

Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions

Support a workforce of full-time employees and temporary staff

Coach leaders on performance management and difficult employee conversations

Assist with terminations, compliance, leaves of absence, and policy interpretation

Support compensation, employee engagement, and HR initiatives

Deliver training on HR policies, compliance, and people management best practices

Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting

Bilingual English/Spanish required

Experience in manufacturing HR required

Strong employee relations and corrective action experience

Ability to partner effectively with plant leadership

Experience supporting large hourly workforces and temporary labor populations

85,000-$90,000 base salary + 8% annual bonus based on performance
