As a Consumer Loan Processor, You Will: Play a vital role in supporting both retail and digital lending channels by preparing approved consumer loans for closing, gathering required documentation, and ensuring a smooth experience for our members.

Build positive relationships with members and business partners through professional communication by phone, email, and in person to help ensure timely loan closings.

Collaborate closely with lending staff and other departments to answer questions, resolve issues, and obtain information needed to efficiently serve our members.

Audit booked loans to verify accuracy and correct any discrepancies to maintain the highest level of service and operational excellence.

Expand your expertise through cross-training opportunities in areas such as loan adjustments, total loss claims, dealer drafting, and payoff requests.

Demonstrate initiative by helping solve problems, supporting teammates, and contributing to the success of the lending team and credit union as a whole.

A desire to excel in an essential behind-the-scenes role that directly contributes to outstanding member experiences. Availability to work during the week and occasional half-day Saturdays. Previous banking, consumer lending, or loan processing experience is highly preferred.
