Responsibilities Performs a range of duties to include but not limited to patient registration, ordering tests, specimen procurement and specimen processing.
Qualifications Education: H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience: No experience required; 1 year Phlebotomist experience Preferred; Experience in a hospital Preferred
Licenses and Certifications: PHEL - Phlebotomy Trained (Completion of Phlebotomy clinical training through on-the-job training or through a phlebotomy program) Preferred; CPT - Phlebotomy Technician Certification (Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency) Preferred
