Key Responsibilities:

Lead performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements.

Proven experience in performance management and training and development.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Experience in managing HR projects and cross-functional teams.
