Assembly Welder, Production Welding

Great opportunity for an Orbital Welder to support the manufacturing and assembly of precision aerospace components and propulsion systems. This role requires performing high-quality orbital welds on tubing and assemblies while following detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform orbital welding on precision tubing and aerospace assemblies.

Set up, operate, and maintain orbital welding equipment.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Work with stainless steel and other aerospace-grade materials.

Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.

Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

Experience performing orbital welding in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.

Experience working with precision components and tight tolerances.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to use measuring and inspection tools.

Experience in aerospace, semiconductor, medical device, or high-purity manufacturing environments is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience welding stainless steel tubing and assemblies.

Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes.

Mechanical aptitude and experience working with precision manufacturing equipment.
