Human Resources GeneralistNutex Health is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join a robust HR and Payroll Team in the healthcare industry. Manages positive, supportive relationships with assigned client groups, providing a range of HR support, benefits, performance feedback, compensation.performance and talent management; and training and development.Responds to unemployment claims and participate in hearings.Coaches hospital leaders on progressive discipline and proper documentationAbility to navigate complex organizations and use critical thinking to solve issues.Demonstrations excellent customer service and follow up with all levels of the organization.Runs and analyzes ad-hoc reports in Workday.Requirements:Minimum of four years HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience including Employee Relations, FMLA, and supporting 250+ employees and/or multiple locations.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Or a certificate in Human Resources (optional with a minimum of 5 years’ HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.Strong knowledge of multi-state employment labor lawsExperience with Workday a plusExcellent computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software.
