Polisher - Restaurant

Job Summary The Polisher is responsible for helping to create and maintain quality experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurants.

Essential Job Functions Stock shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred supplies

Receive, open, unpack and stock restaurant supplies

Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room

Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished

In some instances, the entire shift

Intermittent periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Ability to lift at least but not limited to 50 pounds and if more must be with assistance

Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., Education and Required Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous stock clerk or related work desired.
