HR Generalist/Work From Home
Cure Home Health LLC
Cure Home Health is a patient-centered home health agency based in Vienna, VA. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR professional who will help us build, support, and strengthen our team.
The HR Officer/Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist with scheduling, attendance, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Handle HR inquiries and coordinate with management for updates
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Previous experience in HR or administrative support (home health or healthcare setting preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
HR-related education or certification is a plus
