As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our culture and ensuring HR compliance while balancing business and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on workforce planning and recruitment.
Manage benefits processing and payroll accuracy.
Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and injury reporting.
Facilitate onboarding/offboarding and performance reviews.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage HRIS updates.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR files.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing required!
SHRM-CP Certification is a plus.
Familiarity with ADP WFN and Workday preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
High integrity and professionalism.

Eager to learn and grow.
