Position Overview The HR Officer/Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding) Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies Assist with scheduling, attendance, and payroll coordination Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Handle HR inquiries and coordinate with management for updates Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in HR or administrative support (home health or healthcare setting preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism HR-related education or certification is a plus Why Join Us?
