Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.75 Hourly

Employee Assistance Program

Purpose-Driven Work: Make a direct impact on residents’ growth and independence.

Training & Development: We provide hands‑on training and support to help you earn your MAP certification and develop new, in‑demand skills.

Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration.

Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer‑provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months.

Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care.

Transport residents to appointments and community activities.

Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.

High school diploma/GED; Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.

Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).

Schedule: 24 Hours Monday 5 PM – 8 PM, Friday 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 3 PM, Sunday 10 AM – 8 PM
