Telepatia AI is a healthtech company on a mission to transform healthcare in Latin America and beyond. Born at Stanford and built by doctors for doctors, our platform introduces AI Healthcare Employees that work invisibly inside clinical workflows: transcribing consultations in real time, generating structured medical records, offering evidence-based decision support, and integrating seamlessly with any current health system, all without disrupting the physician's flow.

Doctors do not adopt software because a contract was signed. You will spend most of your time in the field, inside hospitals and clinics, making sure doctors learn, trust and love the product. You are the bridge between medical teams, our product and the engineering squads.
Languages: Spanish (native), English (basic technical comprehension).
Guide doctors during their first consultations with Telepatia's scribe, on site, specialty by specialty.
Assist with patient consent (consentimiento informado) and make sure compliance is in place at every site.

Recent graduate or early career: nursing, biomedical engineering, health administration, clinical research coordination or hospital operations.
Strong communication skills and empathy with medical professionals; Grit, ownership and emotional intelligence.
Hospital operations, digital health or change management experience.
Junior medical representative or clinical research coordinator background.
Experience activating users for a software, fintech or medical-device company.
Variable: based on doctor activation performance.
Training with the Onboarding team in Colombia, where more than 25 institutions have been activated.
Direct mentorship from the AI Deployment Strategist and the Country Manager.
Career progression into Lead Onboarding Specialist, Customer Success or the Medicine team as Mexico scales.
