Plaintiff’s Litigation Paralegal - Catastrophic Injury & Mass Torts
I am partnering with a well-established plaintiff-side trial firm in Dallas that is hiring for two separate paralegal positions: one focused on catastrophic injury and serious personal injury/wrongful death cases, and one focused on mass torts. These roles support high-impact, plaintiff-side litigation in a trial-focused environment.

3+ years of plaintiff-side personal catastrophic injury or mass torts litigation paralegal experience

Experience managing a busy litigation docket from intake through resolution

Ability to draft and organize pleadings, discovery, and related litigation documents

Experience coordinating records (medical, employment, billing) and maintaining case files and databases

Comfort working in a structured, metrics-driven, team-based environment

Prior experience with multi-plaintiff or MDL work (pharma, device, environmental, asbestos, or similar) is required for the mass torts position

Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred, but not required
