Play Playground is an immersive, large-scale entertainment destination featuring oversized games, interactive challenges, and high-energy social experiences designed for adults, families, and groups. With locations in Las Vegas and Nashville, it blends bold cocktails, themed environments, and playful competition to create a vibrant, game show-inspired atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day venue operations, support our team, and help drive the continued success of our business.

The Operations Manager will oversee all daily operations of the venue and staff. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage late-night shifts, maintain high operational and service standards, drive revenue, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance work environment.

Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.

Conduct coaching and performance management as needed.

Operations

Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Monitor staffing levels, service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Ensure venue readiness for all events, performances, and peak operating hours.

Maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere consistent with the venue's brand.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld at all times.

Compliance

Ensure staff members adhere to local ABC laws, food safety standards, and venue policies.

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Financial & Business Performance

Monitor labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.

Track performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase profitability.

Nightclub, bar, hospitality, entertainment venue, or live-music venue management experience preferred.

Experience managing schedules, labor, and operational processes.

Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
