Get hands‑on litigation work: strategy, research, drafting, case management, and client‑facing support

On‑site, Monday–Friday in Redlands, CA (this is a fully in‑office role for attorneys who want consistent collaboration and mentorship).

Must have 3+ years of litigation experience; Our client is a long‑standing, community‑based law firm in the Inland Empire with decades of experience across civil litigation, personal injury, bankruptcy, and estate planning. They are known locally for strong advocacy, high integrity, and hands‑on service, and they represent individuals, businesses, and public entities throughout the region.

Support and manage high‑exposure civil litigation matters, including public entity defense cases

Draft and revise legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials

Perform legal research and prepare internal case strategy memos

Maintain and organize case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars

Communicate with clients and collaborate with attorneys and staff to move matters forward

3+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)

Strong legal writing skills (motions, discovery, research)

Stable, reputable firm with deep roots and a strong local presence

Direct attorney access and a collaborative environment
